Flags and Anthems

This is a poster I did for the Synth Eastwood show Flags and Anthems. I decided to focus on the anthem part of the brief and the two girls are supposed to be signing out the words 'tune' or 'anthem'. I wasn't very pleased with this poster but it got shown at the exhibition so thought i'd put it on here anyway.

Black and White Photos

I took these photos as part of a project in my first or second year at university (can't remember which now) I'm no where near a great photographer but I quite like these images as they're very soft and grainy, using proper good old 35mm. They were taken of my sister and a friend getting ready to go out and see "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" at the Theatre Royal in Brighton, It was a great night.

T-Shirt Designs

These are a small selection of T-shirt designs I created while I was at Topman. Some of them did better than others but they're all quite fun, apart from the clown/zombie which is pretty creepy.

Sketchbook Work

For my Final Major Project I am trying to get people interested in buying music in a physical format rather than downloading it. I still absolutely love owning music, especially records as I can now play them on my new Dansette record player :). I am going to create a series of fanzines and above are a few working drawings from my sketchbook so far. I'm sure there will be much more to come with this project in the near future. I am loving circles at the moment as well, so look out for more of them.

Novelty Socks

When I worked at Topman I spent a lot of time on the Underwear Department. When I was there I had to design many 'classy' sock prints. They may not be the coolest item of clothing to wear but I think everyone should own at least one pair of printed socks.

I.D.S.T 'chav yearbook'

I created this book as part of my third year's Graphics project. I had previously read an article about the rise of youth crime and decided to create a yearbook for 'chav's'. It contains sections that you would find in a normal yearbook including activities and 'gangs'/groups, but obviously everything is a bit more humorous. Above is a selection of some of the pages from the book.
